Starting the morning right
I got up early with my 3 handsome scouters and we had the privilege to help decorate the graves at our local cemetery. I think it's a great way to pay tribute to those who died serving our country. It was a great way to start out the morning.

Ever feel like this?
Why is it when I attempt to get a little much needed exercise, I basically want to reach through the TV and wring the scrawny little, non- sweating, perky, 90# instructors neck? Maybe it's just me but I would feel less miserable if they seemed like it was an effort for them, since I am basically in respiratory and/or cardiac arrest and sweating like a pig, while they are just happy as clams!!

Happiness is. . .
I just had a lovely mid-week getaway to visit one of my favorite gal pals and her adorable family, they really are the sweetest!! (to see for yourself just click here) Thank you for a great time! I enjoyed a Gourmet Breakfast x 2 and a VIP tour of the Monterey area. My niece was here checking out graduate schools and MIP was on her list, so it was the perfect time for a quick get a away! Thanks so much , you really are "the family of perpetual motion" I am so glad you made time for a fun visit!! If you know Lolly, you know that she has all of the greatest food joints in town pegged- she did not disappoint!

Young @ Heart
Here is what one review said: "No matter what else arrives between now and December, this will remain the best documentary of the year: Stephen Walker's heartfelt, hilarious and poignant profile of the Young @ Heart Chorus, a group of enthusiastic seniors who (quite improbably) perform contemporary and classic rock "n" roll and punk songs. Delightful and highly inspirational. " and to top it off it is rated PG
You must go see this amazing independent film. It will make you laugh, cry, feel good, look at life differently and amaze you. Google it now (or whatever it takes) and find out where you can see it. Trust me. Go. Now. Really, you won't be sorry. Do it. Now!

Maisy's Mischievious Morning
You are looking at the Bath and Body Works lip gloss model. Maisy woke up early, broke out of her kennel quietly, without waking Hannah. She was one happy pup! After going to the groomers yesterday, she thought she needed a little extra touch ... lip gloss, the entire tube on her paws, beard and of course Hannah's shirt. I think it is a great look on her. She looks "fetching" (pun intended!) I laughed, Hannah was not amused at all. I thought it was fitting since Hannah's first word was lipstick and her best fits were over make up!

Legoland
Anyone that has been to our home, knows that the boys room looks like a miniature Legoland! If I told you that their room usually looks like this...it would be one of the greatest lies ever told!! When they are in the cleaning mode they do a great job. We LOVE Legos around here. It is all that Chan ever wants for a gift. I think that perhaps he will be an engineer/designer for Lego one day-he is pretty darn clever. They have come a long way since I was a kid! And yes, those baskets are full of Legos-it is practically Lego Heaven!
