IS IT JUST ME?
Or did anyone else cry like a baby in UP? Just wondering. If your are pregnant (which I am not) , mid-life (which I am, perhaps even mid-life crisis) or otherwise emotionally impaired..Take tissue with you! Yes, it is a cartoon, but I am a cry baby!
You can find comfort in knowing you're not the only one.....i got teary...over the movie and a little over the diaper explosion oliver treated us to during the movie. Nonetheless...it was a good one.
Yeah, I loved it, too. I didn't cry, but that was probably because I wasn't able to totally concentrate on the movie, between two talkative children and one hungry baby. Normally I'm sure I would have cried--a lot--because ANY story involving a sad old man always makes me cry. The other day on TV there was an old movie with Ted Danson and Jack Lemmon called "Dad" that had me bawling!
Well, so the girls and I went to see UP and it was very cute! One I'd buy. I did tear up thinking of mom and dad's many adventures, G'ma Ruthie and her mailbox, and much more. . . but I held it together!

I haven't even seen previews! Your the second person who has said to go see this movie! What is it about? I'd better check it out!

I am so taking my kids to see that movie. Sue, you look great! I love you!
That's it--I'm taking the kids and going. I am pregnant and am always looking for good "excuses" to have a good cry!
